EVERY FOURTH THURSDAY -- PIG ROAST PRIX FIXE!!!

Once a month, Chef Jake Eberle roasts a locally raised suckling pig in the Old World style -- or as close as we can get without a backyard fire pit.  Czech-style pork roast dinner with bread dumplings, braised red cabbage and apple compote, plus .5 liter beer or glass of wine, plus dessert, just $30.

And if you want to hold your own little pig roast for 10-15 guests, any night of the week, contact us at least three days ahead and we can do one just for you!   A pig roast for 10-15 people with dumplings or spaetzle, braised red cabbage and apple compote, plus wine/beer/prosecco for each guest, AND some kinda birthday cake, for just $30 a guest!  Or if it's not yer birthday, you can skip the cake and do $25 a guest.
